Caterham Edge Day. Anyone know what the Critical Thinking and Innovation task are like?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here has recently gone through the entry exam experience for Caterham and knows what the Critical Thinking and Innovation sections of the assessment are about. My child is very smart but doesn't do particularly well with unexpected formats or unfamiliar tasks as he tends to panic. This one seems very different from most other 11+ assessments so I am a bit lost.

It's a new part of their assessment process. Lots of independents seem to be introducing similar processes.
Caterham have done similar but less formal before. Years ago groups had to build bridge out of newspaper or tallest tower etc.
