Info about Benenden school in Kent and living in the area

That is it really am hoping someone who knows Benenden either as a parent or a teacher would let me know what the place is like and also about living in the Cranbrook area or within commutable distance of the school.

I am a regular but trying to keep some annonimity.

Live very close to Benenden School but can you be a bit smore specific about what you want to know? I have 2 at King's Canterbury and a girl going there next year. TBH I wouldn't send my DD to Benenden as it is socially very exclusive, full boarding and stuck in the middle of the countryside which is not IMHO best for teenagers these days. However have friends with daughters there who have loved it.
