No - I think the IPC is something different.

I have no direct experience of mantle of the expert but I like the look of it and feel it can bring ouit lots of creative skills in children as well as learning about particular issues. You will find several Dorothy Heathcote experts on the Times Ed drama and primary forums. Maybe ask there.
