Hi there!
Have just moved to London - very near the west side of Battersea Park and wondered if anyone has an opinion on secondary state schools in the area for what will be a year 7 girl in 2023?

Any opinions on:
Chestnut Grove
Fulham Girls
Burntwood School

Any suggestions or information so much appreciated!

My daughter is very artistic and creative but also into science - she’s not very academic and more free spirited - she’s come from a very holistic human scale school in Devon.

First work out if you want a single sex or co-ed school as they are completely different especially if you are a girl with an interest, however slight, in STEM subjects.

Then put the names into this - reports.ofsted.gov.uk/ and read their ofsted reports.

(Ignore the 16-18 bit.)

Chestnut Grove would be perfect for her. Have the opportunity to apply for an arts specialist place as well.
