Independent schools near Northwich/South Manchester

Has anyone got any good/bad reviews of independent co-Ed schools around Northwich/South of Manchester please? Looking at moving there and trying to find schools for primary aged children.

The Grange always does really well - have friends with kids in the primary section and they chose their house specifically because it was close to that school...
