My granddaughter dance club

HI my granddaughter is in a dance club and recently spent over £50 on a new outfit with the club said we had to buy now the organisers have said because my my granddaughter missed two classes because of illness they have told her she is off the team and been kicked out when I asked for our money back they said we wouldn’t be getting any thing back is there anything I can do legally

I doubt it. They sound very irriational though. Have you asked if they offer privates to make up the lost lessons? Not sure I'd want my kid in a club like this.

Doubt it. Can she not wear it for training anyway? Or offer to sell it on..
