New to Mumsnet and I have a 6 and 8 year old!
We are relocating from Herts to Dorchester. (Parents live in Upwey near Weymouth). I noticed a recent ofsted rating change at St. Osmund's Middle from outstanding to special measures in 2018. Does anyone have any info on this? I have heard really good things about the schools in Dorch but wondered about middle schools as my DS has to apply this coming autumn. Also, at present which primary/first schools in Dorch would you say are performing well in terms of pupil progress and all round great ethos? Everyone in my mum's village tend not to have children at school age, so there hasn't been anyone to ask for advice! Thank you
