The ease of transfer varies depending on age of child and simply whether there are spaces (some transfers are harder than others for instance girl’s schools that end at year 6 very rarely take any one in at the start of that year).

It is really down to leg work after that , calling around to see who has spaces.

What ages and gender are your children. Are you looking for co-Ed? And when you say “a few months “, so you mean around the Easter holidays, such that they will get a whole summer term in?

I don’t know anything about international schools - if there are lots they aren’t used by anyone I know (a very international group but all using English, French or American schools. How long do you plan to be here and into what education system would they move into next??

Southbank International,
Hill House International ( British school)
Are you looking for an international curriculum?
If not there are many Prep schools in the Kensington area. It would be a case of phoning around for space. There are less in West Hampstead maybe look at Northbridge House, Maple walk, Devonshire House

Ask your company to pay an education consultant to look for you as part of relocation package
