School shoes - sorry I know it’s dull. Need to get School shoes tomorrow and he’s always had Velcro but just thinking that next year is secondary so would it wise to get something different now?

School policy is that they have to be black, have laces, be polishable and not 'trainer-like' so it restricts choice somewhat.
