Hi there, my daughter is in year 11 and thinking about where she wants to go next year for A levels. She is very academic and works really hard so we expect her to do well and end up with 13 good GCSE grades, but her heart lies with Art, and she wants to go to the best possible school or 6th form college to do art (and probably 3 other A levels). Does anyone have any experience or advise for us? Thanks in advance!

If you're willing to consider private then take a look at Queen's Gate in South Ken. Quite a few girls from there go on to study at art schools.

In the state sector (if that is what you are looking for?) my non-expert impression is that Camden School for Girls (liberal feel) and Holland Park (strict) both have good art and academics.
