Our school will have an OFSTED inspection and I wondered someone asked me if they have to put their names on the questionnaire. Thanks

No, you don't iirc. In any case, the forms go to OFSTED rather than the school, so the school won't know that a particular parent has given a particular piece of feedback.

I was quite surprised that I was expected to sign it. Not a problem as I said nice things but I can imagine it would be difficult if you had some serious negatives.

I wondered the same thing - I've been asked to complete a questionnaire as well and was surprised to find I needed to sign it. I suppose it's so that they can verify that it's genuine.

We have been asked to put the responses in sealed envelopes which will only be handled by OFSTED, so presumably the school won't be able to trace comments back to the people who made them.
