NOT for fees but all the extras, uniform books etc Read on here about the financial provision order and applied for a hearing in April 14 had 3 hearings which took 10 months to get to the Final hearing but am glad to report was awarded an extra £150 per month on top of the CSA payment after the judge went thru ex's finances with a fine tooth comb he claimed poverty but made the silly mistake in thinking that he could get away by hiding bank accounts and property and got hung out to dry and the judge was furious so I got my order and the court issue fee (£255) I represented myself and the order is in force until DS leaves education ( same as csa ) and equates to an extra £12k . Ex slunk out of court I felt like bursting into tears but done a little whoop success at last !!.... You fill out form c10 unfortunately they were unable to backdate but hey ho every little helps .....
