Trojan Horse schools - did they have non-Muslim pupils?

I know it is pretty much irrelevant to what happened, but I am curious as it would seem to take collusion from the whole community to allow the sort of Islamification of a school that appears to have taken place in some cases.

The Ofsted reports I have read on the five most talked about schools state most of the children have Pakistani or Bangladeshi heritage. No doubt some parents were happy with the schools and they explained this on the tv quite often. Whether everyone was happy is another matter. However, could the unhappy parents have found a place at another school? Probably not so they just had to take what was on offer. I cannot imagine many non Muslim parents would have been too happy about the schools.

I suppose that eleven if they complained, the complaints would have been to the head or governors.
