It was the asthma and wind instruments thread that got me thinking really.
I would love my kids to learn to play a musical instrument.
Was just wondering if any mini Mners are learning to play anything and how much the lessons are

My DD has private guitar lessons,it's £20 for half an hour (London).
She started off in a group at school as I didn't want her to be too pressured. I'm a professional musician and I see a few pushy colleagues of mine!

£12 for half hour of piano lesson at piano teacher's house. £14 for half hour clarinet lesson at another venue. Both one to one.
We also pay 30 quid a term to play in a local music school held on Saturdays . Various ensembles.. 2 1/2 hours of playing.
Music is a dear do.
