Hello,

We are moving from West London to Windsor this summer and as I have zero knowledge of the place yet (scary!) I wondered if anyone could recommend some good local co-ed preps to me?

Any info would be brilliant and really appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Finecheese

Have you bought/rented a house yet?

We think very highly of Lambrook in Winkfield Row. We moved to this part of the world from Barnes/Mortlake.

Hi,

Our offers been accepted on the house in Windsor. We're in Hammersmith at the moment. Wow, I've just checked their website. It looks rather beautiful!
Thanks for the tip. I'll have a look into it and what travel time will be like.
PS - Do you miss London life?

Loads of children come from Windsor (it seems to be a preferred prep for Eton masters). I'm pretty sure there'll be a school bus. Are you buying in central Windsor?

We don't miss London life. Maybe a bit at the beginning but it's lovely to have space for DC (and us/dogs).

My DS was going to go to Lambrook this September (now relocating) and we thought it looked amazing. Definitely think it is the best co-ed around. However, we heard they are running a waiting list for every year group.

Of course, there's also St George's in Windsor itself. Is your / are your DC(s) particularly musical?
