Redbridge Grammar Entrance - Ilford County

My son will be taking the Redbridge Grammar School exams. I would be grateful for guidance.
Can anyone help with the subjects - books and how to go about the Mock-tests ? My son goes to a state school and will not get any support from there.

Any books recommended for Non verbal?

I've heard that Redbridge grammar schools are changing their entrance tests to the CEM produced by Durham U. I don't know much about it. I would head over to the 11+ forum.

My son took the Redbridge exam and has come out with flying colours. He is ranked in the top 15. They changed the exam format to CEM with 6 months to go. There were lots of scared parents and kids.

The resources we have used and found useful for CEM are:

1. Peter Robson (Maths)
2. Mastering 11+ (English & VR, Cloze & Maths)
3. CGP CEM papers

The mock exams (one or two) nearer the real exam would certainly help calm the nerves down.
