Big rise in pupils taking more academic GCSE subjects (according to DofE anyway)

Here. I think this is a Very Good Thing, especially the reported % rise of Ebacc subjects in children on free school meals.

Sorry, was probably reported months ago on here- you guys are always on the ball. It was news to me when I found it.
