School secretary - SE London - can anyone tell me what sort of salary Grade C is?

Thanks cod, was just browsing local council website and lo and behold there were two school sec jobs (which are like gold dust!). Wish they would just state the salary because I don't want to apply if it's not enough money IYKWIM.

Leaving my job in the City part-time for a full-time but term-time job would be my dream.

I'm on grade 3, which is 15k per annum but once you take into account term time only, it magical becomes 12k (35hours per week) , which after tax, NI, penisons etc turns into 10K. Hope this helps.
BTW Its great not having to worry about childcare in the hols.
