Sorry, F&F has stumped me!
in my defence I'm VERY tired and more than slightly hungover!

harbingerofdoom · 16/08/2012 20:54

Cries..you really are all so young.

goGBTeacher · 16/08/2012 20:57

Flowers and Fairies- just trying to pin you down!!

I spent the whole three years pissed or rowing so TBH my memories are a bit vague it must have been bloody amazing, a bit like the 60's.

Ns13 · 16/08/2012 20:58

2000 PPE at CHCH

goGBTeacher · 16/08/2012 21:00

Oh blimey, you might have been on TwelveLeg's staircase then NS13.

camgirl · 16/08/2012 21:00

Matriculated 1992, St Hilda's, Modern History

goGBTeacher · 16/08/2012 21:01

Does there need to be a separate House thread? Grin

Ns13 · 16/08/2012 21:03

No - I married someone from another staircase!

Ns13 · 16/08/2012 21:05

We're an incestuous lot

TwelveLeggedWalk · 16/08/2012 21:08

This is hilarious! Feel the need to dig old matric and boat club photos out to guess who you all are!

goGBTeacher · 16/08/2012 21:09

'Thou shalt pull in college.'

goGBTeacher · 16/08/2012 21:11

To be fair, why would you leave when it's a pound a pint in the Undercroft?

Greythorne · 16/08/2012 21:11

1992
Somerville

Mixed feelings. There was a lot of bad blood about going co-ed, pitted student against student. I hung a giant poster out of my window which read 'Somerville + Men = Progress' but I am not sure I stand by that now.

rhetorician · 16/08/2012 21:12

St Hugh's Oxford, graduated BA in 1988, English Lang and Lit. A long time ago. A different life.

goGBTeacher · 16/08/2012 21:13

In my 2nd year I was the first ever girl to share a set with a boy (not DH, and really, honestly just a mate) and I sat at VI in the 1st VII. That might narrow me down. Wink

joanofarchitrave · 16/08/2012 21:15

matric 88, Magdalene.

DarkMatter · 16/08/2012 21:19

Oxford, matric 1998, have already recognised someone on this thread so i won't go into college and subject!

I went over to the dark side and married a Cantab!

TwelveLeggedWalk · 16/08/2012 21:19

Actually that's massively confused me because I thought the first mixed set came in the year below me, matric 1998! My maths must be wrong!

joanofarchitrave · 16/08/2012 21:20

Oh I forgot that bit - married a fellow Tab but we didn't overlap at the time.

PerUnaBomber · 16/08/2012 21:21

Trinity (Cantab) 1999, MML

TwelveLeggedWalk · 16/08/2012 21:22

Dark... Are you one of us? Wink

Kitsilano · 16/08/2012 21:22

Lincoln, 1992, PPE

Tricccky · 16/08/2012 21:26

Robinson, Cantab. Not giving other details as terrified of outing self. Married someone from my college, year but not course. (Not too worried about saying that as I know loads of people who did the same!!).

Tricccky · 16/08/2012 21:27

p.s. I remember A Level results day all to well. I was one of those kids who was told to turn up to college early in the day so we could open results in front of the press. Turns out my husband to be did the same too - he had to read his out on Radio 1!

motherinferior · 16/08/2012 21:27

Lambbone, did we know each other?

Jesus (Oxford), English degree, 1985.

Am quite regularly thankful I did not marry my college boyfriend.
