@ weekend friend told me she heard a dad SCREAMING at his son "why can't you hit the ball??" (on tennis courts..think child was only about 6 or 7 
) and then "look, your sister can do it, why can't you??"
(this was during a lesson, ffs, gawd knows what the teacher thought)
