Recommend a tutor in Wimbledon area for 7/8+ entrance exam prep?

I am looking for a tutor for my DS ahead of independent school 7/8+ entrance exams in November. He is currently at a good state primary and doing well here but I think he could benefit from a 'top up' and some exam style prep.

Any recommendations/advice much appreciated! We live in the Wimbledon area of London.

I have used a tutor at Laidlaw education in east sheen and was v happy.

Not sure when your exams are, but Laidlaw Education also run a 7+/8+ mock exam in November and December which might be helpful for your child.

I've used tutors in wimbledon so may be able to recommend someone but more details about what you are looking for would be helpful. Which schools are you looking at? I'm assuming Colet Court, Westminster and KCJS? Also, do you want someone to come to your home or not?

Mertonmama - yes we are looking at KCS, Shrewsbury House... ideally someone who would come to us. If you have any local recommendations, would be great.

Hi Ladies, I am in the same situation! Could you kindly share any contact details? Entry at 7/8+ for KCS and Shrewsbury House and we are not sure if at home or not? Depends on the distance from our house/ school. Also, my little one is a bit of a screamer so not sure she will let anyone concentrate. Thanks!
