Anyone know where to find national A Level results by subject?

(just posted this in chat but no replies yet)

I've just spent ages on google but to no avail. I really need to find what the national averages are for the 2010/11 and 2009/10 A Level results for biology, chemistry and physics. You'd think this would be quite easy to find but every single table I've looked at only does it by school.

Any help would be very, very gratefully received :) :) :)

you can get the statistics from the actual board.

ie edexcel 2010 statistics for a level, then it will have each subejct broken down

which board are you looking for, or are you looking in general at the whole subject>

Oh yes, of course Broom, I forgot about the actual exam board sites

I was so fixated on getting the whole lot, but for my purposes just getting the AQA ones would be fine - perhaps even better than all of them. I will go to the AQA website. Thanks!

How did I not think of that?

Bugger. Just realised that I don't want AQA, I want Edexcel for 09/10, or failing that, all three boards for 09/10. Damn.

go to the edexcel website, then on the I Want to bit you can find grade boundaries and statistics.
