New secondary school being set up by Kew Green / Ravenscourt Park Preps?

I've heard rumours that a new secondary school is going to be set up by the company behind Kew Green Prep and Ravenscourt Park Prep. Does anyone have any details? I heard it might be from September 2012, which indicates the plans are quite developed.

I visited the school for my DD and loved it. But usual doubts are creeping in with regard to no official inspections as yet. Nothing against a new school but does anyone know of children going there and experience so far, teething problems etc?
