The Government is asking parents to say what they want their children to be learning at school by taking part in a review of the national curriculum. If, like i do, you feel strongly that children need to learn a range of skills to foster their creative, problem solving and inquiring nature, rather that just having their heads filled with facts please take part.

If you feel it is important that they learn to think of themselves as global citizens and become aware of how they can help make a better, more just world for all, then again please take part and ask for citizenship to be included as a core subject.
