Where can I find a warm bottle green school winter coat?

Has anyone any suggestions about where to find a warm winter coat in bottle green? School insists on this colour (for my tall slim DD in yr 5). School uniform supplies a duffle--largest is age 12 but this only comes halfway down her forearms and is very big on the body, other alternative is essentially a thin waterproof with fleece liner. School are ok with different styles but insist on bottle green colour. Feeling a bit stuck- have spent ages on web trying to find suitable alternative but I'm struggling....She is 150cm tall and ideally I'd like to get 2 winters out of it
Help :)

Are there any other schools in the area that have the same colour uniform, whose supplier would have one? John Lewis do uniforms for lots of schools and might have something if there's one near you.

Otherwise could you get away with a barbour jacket? They're dark green and were part of my bottle green uniform years ago.

Does the reggatta term time jacket come in bottle green?? They are waterproof, fleece lined and very warm. Dd2 had one for her Hockey club it was an excellent coat.

M&S used to do an old fashioned lined mac in bottle green - not that long ago - could try writing to them to see if the supplier is still going. Child's Loden but they are expensive?

Thanks so far for your suggestions. Unfortunately I have had no joy with John Lewis.
I have heard rumblings on the grapevine of a secondhand old M&S one that might fit at a push so hoping to try that later in week.

GAP had this boys one (unisex sporty although your dd may not agree) in the store today 30% off with VIP voucher.

There is a website called yourschooluniform.com that has fleecy lined waterproof coats up to age 16 in all colours. Sorry, I'm rubbish at links but hope this helps!

Harrods had a lovely one....£120 though, but gorgeous.

if i were you i would return to the school, say you have looked at every possibility and it is not available. you will happily buy one if they can provide it. and send her in a plain black one.

had a similar situation with school skirts. in the end i handed the problem back to them and told them that what she was wearing was the nearest i could find.

never heard another word about it.

You could try Perry Uniform, who supply various schools. You need to click on "outerwear", then "coats" and scroll down for a green one. £80-90 depending on size.
