Where to live to be in George Abbot's catchment - GUILFORD

Hi there, I am hoping that somebody living in Guilford might be able to help me with this. We are considering a move to Guilford, this move is school driven. If we wanted to live within the catchment area of George Abbot, where should we be looking to live? Also, what primaries (pref non-faith) should we be considering within George Abbot catchment area? Thanks so much.

I think the secondaries are expecting to have bulge classes added. (Maybe the CC is also hoping for a free school?) Because the situation in primaries is already bad, and with people like the OP moving into the area, at secondary it is already a problem.
I find it amazing that in Camberley they are thinking of merging schools because of falling roles.

Looks like you've almost got your wish for another school serving Ockham/Cobham/Ripley area. Cobham Free School has been approved for primary and is setting its sights on secondary as well www.cobhamfreeschool.org.uk/index.php/frequently-asked-questions

Cobham Free School sounds great and just what the doctor ordered, Banter - pity we are not in Cobham!

Thankfully we live in Bookham and so within the catchment of the area's outstanding schools, both of which I can recommend without any hesitation!
