Hi my 12 year old son's have started to kick in and he's starting to get spots. Can anyone recommend a brand that is ethical, eco friendly and natural that does a face wash and maybe a moisturiser please?

I have no idea about the eco / ethical credentials

My go to starting point would be Cerave face wash (the blemish control one, or the moisture one if he finds that too drying) and a moisturiser with salicylic acid in. Boots does one called Skin Clear Face Gel with salicylic acid and niacinamide which would be a good place to start.

Then Acnecide cream (with benzoyl peroxide) as a night cream for the spotty areas (careful it bleaches fabric)
