Long life coconut milk storage for baby whilst travelling

Hi, bit of a niche question here but we are camping with our 14mo old this summer for 4-5 days and she is still enjoying a couple of bottles of Koko coconut milk in the morning/evenings. Wondering how to store this whilst away, as although the cartons we buy are long life, once opened they are supposed to be refrigerated (won’t be able to do this whilst camping). Do you think the cartons would last a day opened without spoiling? I don’t want to waste milk as the other alternative seems to be opening a new carton for every feed & I can’t find smaller carton options. Thanks so much!

Get a wooden crate - insolate it with foam insolation. Put a cool box inside. We do camping trips thurs-sun 3 times a year, and have this and it works.

Could you freeze smaller amounts and take a cooler box to cover a few days?

Will you have a cooler/ice box/Esky. I have taken fresh milk camping and am happy to keep it in an Esky for 24-48 hours.

Thanks everyone. Maybe a coolbox is the way to go. Does this mean I can convince myself to “invest” in a Yeti. 👀 maybe!!!

I assume the koko brand doesn't come in cartons smaller than 1L?

Are there are other brands which do have mini cartons you could try weening her onto before the trip? Or other milk alternatives which have mini cartons?

@JDM625 I'm on the hunt for this solution as this was my first thought!. We could potentially try her with almond milk instead which definitely does come in smaller cartons. She can’t have soya due to allergy which would be so much easier to find, also. We might even be able to wean her off completely by the time we go in a couple of months, we’ll see!

I was going to suggest a Yeti/IceyTek cool box.
