Advice for fungal nappy rash?

Hello, my baby has a fungal nappy rash. Does anyone have any recommendations for home remedies that worked for their babies? Or do I just need to resort to the anti fungal creams? Thanks for your ideas 💡

yeah i tried a bunch of creams its better to get it sorted asap ,i think its called dactarin you get it from the chemist.But you can help it go away quicker so less use of cream.Wash them before using cream and lots of nappy off time
