Old Soft Toys - recycling bin or landfill?

I live in North Germany where charity shops do not exist, there are some second hand shops around but these are few and far between. The best way for me to get rid of stuff that's too good to bin is to sell at car boot sales, made a bit of money doing this. I need to do a rotation of stock, I've got a box of soft toys that aren't selling and I've had enough of them, could they go into textile bins? I'd hate to send them to landfill but needs must,,,

Any animal rescue centres want them. In past years ours have gone on to be furry friends for orphaned hedgehogs or rescue dogs depending on size. Or could you give away on Facebook Marketplace?

Do you know any forest schools or similar? Ours uses a lot of soft toys for kids to hide/ make dens for etc.

Charity shops here won't take soft toys.

I noticed our local church has some soft toys which children can play with during services or at Sunday School.

Thanks for your ideas, yesterday I sold at a Flohmarkt (car boot sale) and got rid of 5 soft toys. Think I'll try the FB marketplace idea, or a Zu Verschenken box in the drive.
