Reusable nappies for very skinny thighs

I'm expecting my second child. I tried using cloth nappies for my first, but found that they always gaped around the thighs and leaked almost every time. My daughter had very long, thin legs since birth and still does. I'm aware the next baby might not, although my husband and I are both very tall and skinny around the thighs so I'm imagining we'll have the same problem again.

Can anyone recommend cloth nappies that are tight around the legs? Or maybe that are adjustable around the thigh (like a bra strap type thing)? I know PeaPods do this but seems they're only for sale in Australia.

Terry squares and a nappy nippa! Endlessly adjustable, easy to fold, quick to dry and cheap.

I used tots bots with a nappy nipper when DS was a baby.
Or tots bots bamboozles which had adjustable velcro so could fit any size.

It was 17 years ago though.
