Buyer asking for full refund - WWYD?

I've sold a Fossil handbag for £2.70 on Ebay. The buyer has now sent a message to say that she is disappointed with the condition and is asking for a full refund as she doesn't think it fits my description (She says there are a couple of scuff marks and a stain on it). Looking back at my listing I didn't actually state the condition apart from including a photo. Would you refund the money or would you refuse and point out that it is a second handbag and for £2.70 does she really expect it to be in perfect condition?

I would ask them to return the bag to you (upto you if you agree to pay return postage or not, paypal would make buyer pay). make sure they send recorded.
Refund once you have the item back.
You can't refuse to accept returned item or they will just go through paypal or Ebay. Can't say i blame them TBH. I wouldn't expect to buy anything with scuffs or stains unless mentioned in the listing. Always include a good description in listings.

always describe items well.

ask her to send the bAG BACK, and you will refund the original purchase price and original postage.
