I've just updated my earlier post asking for help, Ebay have found in my favour regarding the 'not as described' for a pram I won on an Ebay auction.
The ebay resolution process was on automated responses for ages, so I was advised to open a Paypal dispute too. Both have found in my favour.
The pram was couried back to seller today & it has been signed for.
So far I filled in the Paypal form that the pram has been signed for.
I haven't done anything on Ebay yet.
Should I fill out the Ebay one too?
Obviously I don't want to receive 2 lots of money back - but it says with Paypal I get P&P costs too, where as Ebay contribute £5 towards P&P.
