Bought 2 items on e-bay monday night, today they turn up.

Item 1: was ment to be a pair of Boden trousers age 5-6, unwrap them to find they are age 8 , ment to be new without tags (they dont look it) and there are no signs of a boden label on them.

item 2: described as Boden cropped trousers, not boden at all, they are from Next .

Why can't people check items before listing them? i now have to try and get refunds.

Yes, this morning I had a baby sleeping bag arrive described as "Mothercare" brand. No labels at all. If anything its a cheap "off the market" item and smelt like its been in the atic for years! I am going to question it later.

When I have returned ebay stuff, I pack it back up, get it in the post recorded delivery, then and only then, contact the seller and tell them I am rejecting their goods and they are already in the post back to them.

I know I risk losing money and goods, but it is too late for them to argue and I have always received my money back, so far, though not necessarily the p&p.

I think I must be lucky on ebay as I always seem to receive things that are as described

I hate when people list things as 'like converse' or 'like boden' just because they come up in searches for specific names. You can always ask for extra photos, or ask extra questions. I don't buy things that are badly listed now, too much hassle!
