Silly ebay offers, gives me a laugh though!

I had an item listed the other day with a start price of £40. There were a couple of watchers but nobody put a bid in. It ended and I wasn't fussed about it not selling, I can relist again if I want to.

A couple of hours after auction end someone emailed and said they watched but didn't bid, would I take £14 for it.

Erm, no, lol!! I was polite when saying no.

Ivw had this where people are watching it then a few minutes beofre a listing ends they offer you peanuts. Someone wanted to buy a pair of shoes for £5 inc p&p to china ??? - The p&p alone would have been £10.50p

Although I did try this once for a dress that was BIN @ £30 I offered £6 (so it was £10 inc p&p) about 10 mins before it ended and she accepted so I suppose its worth a punt.
I dont think Id email after it had ended though.
