Winner refusing to pay - help!

Auction finished last night for item that was collect in person only. I asked them when they want to collect and she now says that she didn't realise it was pick up only. It clearly says on auction in big red letters pick up only as well in postage section I stated collect only.

Do I just do 2nd chance offer or is she obliged to pay?

Only thing is how do I get rid of previous seller from my 'sold' items list? As this sale did not take place, I don't want ebay to take the fees from this sale? Can I mark transaction as cancelled or something?

Think you just delete the transaction from your sold list, but I am sure someone else will come along to confirm.
