I should know better than to leave feedback before my buyer but I am confident in my stuff that I sell.
I had a pair of jeans bought by and paid for 12th may.
Sent out recorded delivery the next day iirc always recorded.
I sent a few things out and got feedback on most but not the jeans so I normally leave feedback after about a week hoping to jog the buyers memory and so left a nice positive on the 20th may.
THe eight of june open my ebay to check on my stuff selling and sold and here is a neg from the jeans.......
the buyer emailed me negged me and opened a dispute out of the blue in the space of an hour or two stating that they have contacted me and I have not replied.
This is the first contact I have had with the buyer since the sale and they are saying that the elasticated adjustable waist is missing and they have contactd me before and I have not replied ........they have not contacted me ......and would not have left positive feedback if the item was under dispute I would have already askedfor it to be sent back ........I am going to keep this neg even if I refund the buyer ? not fair why did they not contact me before through ebay ?
(the item was brand new with tags and intact I bought a couple of pairs but mine will only wear skinny jens and these were not.)
I will refund the item and the original postage but if they are saying they are faulty do I have to pay their postage to??
sorry more of a rant than was meant to be
