I won and paid for a dress on ebay on the 27th May, and haven't heard a peep from the seller so far. according to the display it hasn't been dispatched yet. I have emailed the seller but she hasn't replied. When should i lodge a complaint?
I want to give her the benefit of the doubt but not sure when to start worrying.
Thanks in advance for you help

I have bought three things recently and had sellers (eventually) contact me to claim they have been suddenly taken ill and in hospital for a fortnight Be interesting to see if your seller has the same excuse when they finally get in touch!

It is amazing how many people on ebay have suddenly hospitalised family

Go into contact us and find out the timelines for raising a compalint for an item not arriving. If you are allowed to adn you have already contacted the seller anyway, then raise it. I have found that the excuses start coming shortly after, as do the goods - result.

That will make it two weeks tomorrow, even taking the bank holiday inot account that is long enough to wait, esp if you haven't heard back. there isn't a "you may purchase this item but there may be a delay in posting as the seller is away until...." on it is there? A lot of business sellers use those. Guess you would have seen that though. I would email again and say that if you do not hear back by tomorrow night when it will be 2 weeks, ou shall have to unfirtunately put in a PP claim - a pain for you though as they have 14 days to respond then, so you'll have another 2 weeks to wait for your money if the seller does not respond - sim thing happening to me at the min

It arrived today, no note though. I gave a rather frank description though - hope she doesn't give me bad feedback!
