Seller taking weeks to email...what should I do?

I bought some big curtains about a fortnight ago. The seller didn't list them as sendable, but when I emailed before bidding, she agreed I could arrange a courier.

Anyway...I won them, she sent her phone number, so after a few days and when she didn't reply to emails, I rang...she sounded a bit hacked off and said she was very busy with loads of guests.

Anyway, fast forward a week and I got an email with the weight of the parcel and the address, but not the box size. I had asked for the size so I could book the courier. So I emailed back thanking her and asking for the size again.

No reply...the box is going to be getting in the way but I just feel like there's nothing else I can reasonably do.

I paid for the actual curtains weeks ago...should I email again or what?

Just sent he courrier.

most allow massive boxes anyways for cheap so say its 60x 60 x 60cms

and tell her its coming on X day.

Bit rude of her though isn't it?

I'd be tempted to say can you please let me know what Day this can be collected next week or I will have to ask for my money back and will leave a negative feedback.

i think she is just being a bit passive aggressive, and didn't ever really want to send them - but she has found a box, and packed them etc so she is trying.

Anyway, thankyou for your help - I will give it the weekend I think.
