Help!!
I bought and paid for an item. I had a card through the door a few days later saying that I had a parcel with postage unpaid and I had to pay to receive it, which I did online so have proof of receipt.
Paid for it then found out what it was so contacted seller who says they will send me proof of posting so I can claim back.
There was no postage on the parcel which was quite big so it obviuous the sticker has come off otherwise they couldnt get in the system IYSWIM.
Who do you think it is down to to reclaim the money - their proof of posting receipt will not cover the admin charge I had to pay ontop of the postage.

I agree. Seller needs to claim.

Hmmm - I am always asking the PO staff to press down the corners of the postage stickers as they never seem to do it properly and I am terrified this will happen. Looks like I am not being paranoid, after all!
