RECEIPT FOR BUYER?

When you send an item to a customer, are you supposed to enclose a receipt?

you dont need to no, alot of people just print out the paypal invoive and stick it into the parcel but its a personal choice weather u do this or not its not essential

I always print out the Paypal packing slip and put it in. One advantage of this is that both buyer's and seller's addresses are shown so if the outside of the parcel gets damaged, the PO can hopefully still work out where it is going to. If the buyer has paid by cheque or postal order I either enclose the eBay invoice or a personal note.
