oh dear I'm not very good at ebay am I

I have had a DVD sort out today and listed a few of them for sale on e-bay. I'm a first time seller. One of the DVDs I must have pressed the subject button twice and now two people have paid me for the same DVD but I have only one copy.

What on earth am I supposed to do. Will it look bad for me? How do I choose which person to let have it,

You could either choose which person to sell it to and explain and give a refund to the other person, or refund both of them and the re-list, explaining to both buyers what has happened. They may have to mutually agree to cancelling the transaction though, I'm not entirely sure. Have you tried the help forums on eBay?

Would it be hard for you to go out and buy another copy? Then you could send one to each buyer. (sorry if that is a ludicrous suggestion btw)

Disclaimer I have never sold on ebay but I gather what you want to avoid is any bad feedback as a seller, especially in the early days.
