and really narked about it.

Sold a broken item which was obviously listed as such for spares etc. The buyer picked it up and we chatted about it, said it was OK as her husband was an electrician and paid in cash and then went.

Then went and left my first neutral in nearly 300 sales saying 'item broken'

wtf ?? She's only been on ebay for a couple of months, but now I've got this on my score for a whole year. I know I should just get over it but man has she bugged me.

Please tell me its not so bad ....

I recently had a neutral, which puzzled me as the comment indicated all was fine. i sent her a really nice message asking if there were any problems I could have sorted out and she replied saying she didn't mean to leave a neutral (she didn't have her glasses on) I sent a request to change the Fb and she changed it.
Maybe send a message saying how surprised you are that she left a neutral as she seemed very happy with her purchase. See if she replies and take it from there - you may be able to get her to change it.
If she doesn't change it them maybe reply to the feedback with "item sold as broken and buyer was very happy"
