Item not received bought and paid for on the 29th april

So it's been 16 days and I've still not received it, I sent the seller a message early yesterday morning and have had no reply, what do i do now?

I've never had a problem before so don't know what to do next, I've bought 35 items this past month as the DC needed holiday clothes and I've recieved every one except this item even ones that i won 3 days ago!

The seller was a newbie to Ebay and only had 2 lots of feedback both positive and now she has 7 lots of feedback 4 of which is negative and says AVOID as item was never sent they all have dates on them from just after i bought this item from her.

open up a dispute on paypal and get your money refunded.

Chances are once she sees the dispute she will post your item!

I just looked again and all her positives are from items that she has bought not sold

Do i have to send her another message telling her I'm opening a dispute first or just do it?

When you open a dispute, it advises you to send a message first. All set out on the page and just follow the instructions.

I sent her a messgae first saying that i still hadn't recieved the item and as she had not reply to my previous message i would be opening a dispute for a refund and I've now opened one, the message i got back said they will contact me by the 25th..I hope it's before that as I'm going on holiday on the 22nd.
