Request to send item abroad. Advice please!

So auction states that item is sent within the UK but I've had a question of whether I'd send to an EU country. It would add another £5 to the original postage using International Signed for service. If I answer yes but explain that she'd have to wait until I sent her an invoice, would I then need to revise my listing?

You should be able to revise the listing during the sale to reflect international costings. Otherwise you could make it clear you will have to send her an invoice and will relist if she/he doesn't honor this and tries to buy it on the lower P&P.
