Not quite sure what is going on here, especially if it has happened before.
Do you have an ebay.co.uk acount or an ebay.com account?
Where was the location of the item in question?

If you are sure all is as it should be I would contact ebay, although not sure which tabs you would need - just try and find closest to what you think - and hope they respond with an actual mail and not a standard reply. Live help can be good too.

must be very annoying. I'd have said it was a glitch but if it's happened before then I don't know.
Is it an ebay case you are opening and not a paypal one?

mumofatrio · 11/05/2010 23:18

TH I can't remember! But I don't remember feeling aggrieved so I think I did. I think it was for some sort of cosmetic thing - maybe perfume?

What makes you think it's a scam?
