What would you do?

I recently sold a top for £12.50, and sent the buyer an invoice. I heard nothing, so after another week I sent the invoice again. Again nothing, so I sent a message asking when they might be in a position to make payment, as I was happy to wait as long as I knew it was coming. Again nothing, so after a further week I opened a paypal dispute, and 3 days later the buyer paid. I've never had any response to anything and no communication at all.

What would you do re. feedback? I will, of course, leave positive (as I have no choice!), but I'd qutie like to write something along the lines of 'Paid eventually after dispute opened but otherwise fine'. However, she hasn't left feedback for me yet, and the last thing I want is poor feedback as a seller just because they were miffed by what I wrote.

Would you just leave it? Sellers are in such a weak position these days.....

Agree with you that sellers are in such a weak position!!

I personally never leave feedback for a buyer until they have left feedback for me...I want to make sure that first they are happy with the purchase etc and hopefully resolve any issues via direct communication (not that that has ever happened...but theres always a first!) Once they have left their feedback - then i'll leave one for them....

you can't mention the word dispute in feedback - just don't leave any, you will only be adding to her number of positives

Thanks. Didn't know you couldn't mention disputes...
