Non Paying Bidderr - what do I do?

About 2 and a half weeks ago, I sold a pair of baby Levis on Ebay. Not for much, only a £5, but a fiver's a fiver.

I invoiced the buyer, but have had no reply. About a week later I messaged her and asked if she was intending to pay. No reply. I then logged a problem with Ebay. On Monday I messaged her again asking her to get in touch, let me know if there is a problem etc. I also said that I would relist the item if I hadn't heard from her by 6 May and leave negative feedback!

Now v scared. I have never left negative feedback, and all her feedback as a buyer and seller is good, although she only has 13.

I am now not really worried about the cash, but don't want to break Ebay protocol or anything.

What should I do?

There's a section to sort this as it sometimes happens. Click on 'resolution centre' near the top right of the main screen and follow the onscreen instructions through. They message the buyer and try to sort it. Don't worry, you're doing nothing wrong!

you can't leave negs for buyers.
simply file a non payment dispute, get your fees back and relist
