Won an item, but the sellers email account is not working

I won an item, not an expensive one this week, collection only, and seller has already emailed me her address and we agreed collection this weekend. I have emailed her this morning to suggest tomorrow afternoon and had this error message: Sorry your message to xxx email address cannot be delivered. This account has been disabled or discontinued [#102].

What should I do? I have her address, but don't want to turn up on spec, plus is this then some kind of scam how do i inform ebay and get it cacelled? I have not paid yet.

Requested number from ebay but no response. What now?

did you try sending a msg via ebay? or was that what failed?

if you have the name & address then you may be able to look up the number on bt.com

EldonAve, as I had already sent a message through ebay, I had the sellers email address, that is what failed.

I have tried sending a message through ebay but presume it will be to the same email address, so will fail too. Have asked for phone number, but had no response from ebay.

Not sure what to do next, do I have to wait before opening a dispute - I am traveling to ireland in a weeks time with two children, so if I can't get this buggy, need to get another one urgently.
