How long do you give someone to collect?

The saga of this sodding pram is continuing. The purchasers have committed to buy via BIN, and the listing has been closed, with payment to be made on collection.

They emailed asking for my address last Wednesday, which I provided. I have heard nothing since. I know that I should give them a few more days, but I had expected an email or something to give some indication of when it would be, even if it is in a couple of weeks.

I have already sent one follow up email asking when they expect they will collect, and I was going to send another on Wednesday (i.e. a week after they committed to buying) saying if I don't hear anything by next Weekend I would relist, and that I will have to launch a non payment case so that I can get my fees credited etc. In reality I will probably give them a few more days grace, before actually relisting early next week. Ebay say you can launch non payment cases anything from 4 days to 32 days after the auction ends. Does my timescale sound about right, or should I give them a bit longer?

you can request contact details from eBay and call them by phone - this might speed them up a bit!
